It is submitted by learned counsel for DH that DH has
received the possession of the property in part satisfaction of
decree. However, recovery of money is yet to be effected.
It is further submitted by him that the property of the
JD from which recovery can be effected is situated within the
jurisdiction of West District, Delhi.
The present execution petition is disposed off as
partly satisfied with liberty to DH to take appropriate steps for
recovery of money/mesne profits/damages etc.

is directed to provide police aid to bailiff at the time of execution
of warrants of possession.
DH is directed to appear before learned ACJ on
29.07.2025.
