1. None has been appearing on behalf of R-1 (aiii) and R-1
(aiv), R-2, R-1 (d) and R-15 despite service. They are accordingly
proceeded exparte.
2. It is submitted that R-7 to 14, who have not been served
today, were already exparte before Ld. Trial Court vide order
dated 28.09.2001. It is also submitted that the impugned judgment
has not been passed giving any relief against R-7 to 14. TCR has
been received same is perused. In view of the submissions made,
service of R-7 to 14 in the present appeal is dispensed with.
3. LR’s of R-1 (b), R-1 (c) and R-1 (d) have not been
served till date. Steps not taken for service in terms of last order.
Appellant is directed to get these respondents summoned afresh on
filing of PF/RC, fresh address, if any and also by way of digital
mode on providing contact details in form of an affidavit.
4. It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for R-3 to 6 that he has
not been supplied with a copy of the appeal. Let the same be

supplied through digital mode. Let reply, if any, be filed on or
before the NDOH.
5. Renotify for service report of remaining respondents
and further proceedings on 09.07.2026.
