1(a)(iii) namely Smt. Savita Panwar who is widow of
late Sh. Ashwani Panwar through V.C.
None for LRs of R-3, 4 and 5.
Respondent no.15, R-2 Sukhbir Singh and R-1 (d) Ms.
Shivali Panwar has been duly served but none appeared
on their behalf.
Other respondents are unserved till date.
Let fresh steps be taken for service of unserved
respondents on filing of PF/RC for NDOH.
An ex-parte stay was granted in this matter vide order
dated 07.05.2025 as caveat filed by LRs of R-1 was not
placed on record.
Accordingly, the stay granted in ignorance of caveat
stands vacated.
The appellant is given liberty to argue her stay
application on NDOH.
Let TCR be summoned for NDOH.
List the matter for service report as well as consideration
of stay application on 27.02.2026.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the parties.
