Sh. Adil Khan, Ld. Counsel for the respondents no. 3 to 5
through VC.
There are multiple respondents in the present appeal. It is
submitted by Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent no.1(ai) and 1(aii)
that earlier at the time of filing of Caviat, he was representing all the
LRs of respondent no.1 Late Sh. Tek Chand but only two of the
respondents approached him for respresenting in the present appeal.
Accordingly, let fresh notice of the appeal be issued to all
the LRs of respondent no.1 Late Sh. Tek Chand except 1(ai) and 1(aii)
on filing of PF/RC on taking steps within one week from today for the
NDOH.
It is also submitted by Ld. Counsel who are appearing in
the Court that they have not received the ocmplete paper book.
Appellant is directed to supply complete paper book to both the
Counsels against receipt or through digital mode.
An adjournment is sought on beahlf of the appellant on the
ground of demise of father of Ld. Counsel for the appellant.
Perusal of the record shows sthat there are multiple
respondents and some reports of services were received on the last date
