Time is sought on behalf of LRs of deceased respondent
no.1(b), respondents no.1(d) and 1(d) for filing Vakalatnama and
reply to the appeal, if any. Let the same be filed within 30 days from
today with advance copy to the opposite counsel.
Respondent no.1(aiii) namely Ashwani Panwar was
proceeded
ex-parte on the last date of hearing. However, it is
submitted by his Ld. Counsel that he has already expired on
28.04.2024. Time is sought for moving appropriate application for
bringing on record/providing the details of the LRs of respondents
no.1(aiii). Let advance copies be supplied to the opposite Counsel.
Let a copy of the appeal be also supplied to Ld. Counsel appearing
for LRs of respondent no.1(aiii).
