On the last date of hearing, the summons were
directed to be issued against the respondent no. 1 by way of
publication in a newspaper having wide circulation at the last
known address of respondent no. 1. Ld. Counsel for the
petitioner has placed on record the copy of newspaper Punjab
Kesari dated 27.03.2026 that the respondent no. 1 is served
through publication. However, this is Delhi Edition while
respondent no.1 is at U.P.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the same
newspaper is circulated at U.P. as well. Let the same be
furnished in writing by way of certificate issued by the
concerned newspaper. Let the same be done by the next date.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for respondent no. 3
and 4 that till date he has not been supplied with the copy of the
charge sheet. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the
charge sheet is yet not filed by the IO.
