The petitioner has moved an application under Order 5
Rule 20 CPC for service upon the respondents no. 1 through
publication as it is submitted that he could not be served through
ordinary process. Further, it is stated that no other address of the
respondents no. 1 is available.
Record perused.
In view of the facts and circumstances, the application is
allowed. The respondent no. 1 is permitted to be served by way of
publication in a notified newspaper having wide circulation in the area
where the respondent last resided. PF be filed within seven days.
Summons be issued dasti.
