Evidence by way of affidavit of SI Praveen Kumar filed
today. Hard copy supplied to Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 3/ Insurance
Company and a soft copy is stated to have been supplied to Ld. Counsel for
respondent no. 1 & 2.
No reply has been filed by the respondents till date to the
application filed by the petitioner on 16.03.2026 for placing on record
additional documents.
Heard. Perused.
Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that by way of the
application, he seeks to place on record, certain documents which could not
be filed earlier due to inadvertent mistake.
The application has been vehemently opposed on behalf of
respondents.
For the reasons stated and considering that the documents
appear to be relevant for proper adjudication of the case, the application is
allowed. Documents are taken on record.

Application stands disposed off accordingly.
PW-1 SI Praveen Kumar has been examined in chief. His
cross-examination deferred at the request of Ld. Counsels for the
respondents as the evidence affidavit has been supplied today itself.
Renotify for cross-examination of PW-1/ entire remaining PE
on 20.07.2026.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that his
application seeking summoning of witness as filed on 16.03.2026 is also
pending, and submits that by way of present application, petitioner seeks to
summon the concerned witness from Indraprastha Automobile Pvt. Ltd. to
prove the letter/service quotation.
Heard. Perused.
For the reasons stated in the application, the application is
allowed.
Accordingly, witness, as per the application, be summoned
along with the record on filing of PF for the date already fixed i.e.
20.07.2026. Diet money be paid at the spot.
Application stands disposed off.
