Pleadings are complete. From the pleadings and documents,
following issues are framed:-
1. Whether the vehicle i.e. Govt. PCR bearing No. DL-1CAC-1151 was
damaged on intervening night of 09-10.08.2020 due to rash and
negligent driving of vehicle i.e. Honda City No. DL-8CAY-3096
which was being driven by respondent no. 1 and owned by the
Respondent No. 2 and insured with the Respondent No. 3? OPP
2. Whether the petitioner is entitled for compensation? If so, to what
amount and from whom?
3. Relief.
Put up for PE on 08.12.2025. Evidence by way of affidavit be
filed by the petitioner within 04 weeks from today with advance copy to the
opposite parties. List of witnesses be filed by the petitioner within 04 weeks
from today. Petitioner is at liberty to take steps for summoning of formal
witnesses, if any, within 04 weeks prior to the NDOH.
