It is noticed from perusal of record that on last date
of hearing, matter was adjourned for filing of replication on
behalf of plaintiff as well as for filing of affidavit of admission
/denial of documents by defendant no. 4.
Perusal of record further reveals that no replication
has been filed on behalf of plaintiff till date. One last and final
opportunity is being granted to plaintiff for filing replication
subject to cost of Rs. 10,000/- to be deposited by plaintiff in
DLSA, Central District.
Let the replication, if any, be filed by plaintiff within
4 working weeks from today and thereafter, defendant no. 4 is
directed to file affidavit of admission/denial of documents with
advance copy to plaintiff.
