is noted in the service report that the summons were served to
PW Dr. Abhishek, through WhatsApp mode.
The matter is pass-over as the accused has not
entered appearance.

Further, the accused, namely, Sushil @ Poda has
entered appearance despite repeated calls and despite execution
of bailable warrants. Notably, even on the last occasion, the
accused was not present, whereupon, bailable warrants were
directed to be issued against him.
Accordingly, considering the deliberate absence of
the said accused, issue non-bailable warrants against the accused,
namely, Sushil @ Poda and notice under Section 446 Cr.P.C.
against his surety for the next date of hearing.
In the interest of justice, list for PE on 26.09.2025.
