complainant company that the alleged offence punishable u/s 135
of the Electricity Act was committed by the accused on
09.02.2023. It is prayed that accused be tried and punished as per
law.
In view of the aforesaid allegations, let notice be
issued against the accused for his appearance in view of Section
223 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for the NDOH.
