Today, the matter is listed for disposal of petitioner’s application
under Section 34 (3) of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for condonation of
delay of one day.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent submits that he is not filing any reply
to the condonation of delay application. He, however, submits that he has filed an
application under Section 151 CPC seeking data of e-filing of this petition in hand.
Upon hearing, it is understood that all that is the respondent is desirous of is the
details of the objection raised by the Facilitation Center during the e-filing and
size of the file uploaded. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the needful
would be supplied in the course of the day.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent submits that he apprehends that
Government of NCT of Delhi had filed incomplete petition to ensure that matter is
filed within limitation provided under Section 34 (3) of A&C Act, 1996 and that
incomplete petition may not be treated as petition at all.
Put up for further proceedings on 21.08.2025.
Interim order to continue.
