It is submitted by the MTS that Reader of SDM did not give
any direction for filing any document today.
The record reflects that SDM is the party and no instructions
have been taken from him. Further, the attitude of MTS is casual towards
the Court.

SDM submits that he had no Reader and one lady Reader
joined him yesterday only, however, he will be careful regarding the Court
orders.

Some responsible officer be authorised on behalf of SDM to
appear on the NDOH. Upon failure and further repetition regarding the
casual attitude, the SDM to appear in person.
Today copy of documents have been supplied to the official
present on behalf of SDM, Burari.
Other respondents(except respondent no.1) have no objection
if the appeal is allowed.
Separate statement of Respondent no.2 to 5 recorded.
Put up for arguments and reply be filed by respondent no.1 on
28.09.2026.
