Counsel for respondent has brought the attention of the Court to the fact that appellants have also filed a petition before Hon’ble Delhi High Court seeking setting aside/quashing of impugned order dated 13.03.2026 passed by Ld. JMFC (Mahila Court)-02, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Ld. Counsel for respondent submits that appellants are trying to pursue two remedies at the same time and which is impermissible in law. Ld. Counsel has placed before this Court photocopy of prayer sought before Hon’ble Delhi High Court. Ld. Counsel for appellant submits that he will file copy of quashing petition along with all ordersheets of Hon’ble Delhi High Court and he is not pursuing two remedies at the same time. In view of the aforesaid, list the mater for further proceedings on 13.01.2027. TCR be sent back to the Ld. Trial Court and same be requisitioned two days, prior to the next date of hearing.
