Order Details: COPY OF JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS Pdf Text: CS(COMM) 590/25 ELITE ENTERPRISES VS.R.S. BUILDER 23.05.2025 Present: Ld. Counsel Ms. Mehvish along with Mr. Hitesh Chhabra for the plaintiff. Fresh suit received. It be checked and registered. The plaint has been accompanied with two application u/s 151 CPC seeking exemption from filing original/clear/legible/English translation of vernacular documents and documents with proper margins and application u/o XIII Rule 1 read with sec.151 CPC seeking exemption from filing the original documents. Heard and perused the application u/s 151 CPC. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the plaintiff, two weeks time is granted for filing original/clear/legible/English translation of vernacular documents and documents with proper margins. Application is allowed and disposed off accordingly. Another application u/o XIII Rule 1 read with sec.151 CPC seeking exemption from filing the original documents. Heard and perused the record. In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the plaintiff, the application is allowed for filing the original documents as and when court directed and disposed off accordingly. Summons of the suit be issued to the defendant on filing of PF by all prescribed modes i.e. ordinary process, speed -- 1 of 2 -- post, registered AD, approved courier and permissible electronic modes. Plaintiff shall also file the Pdf of the complete set of paper book to be served along with the summons electronically. Steps be taken within a week from today.
