No one has appeared on behalf of the appellant. Ld.
Counsel for the respondent submits that the appellant has not even
deposited the 20% of fine amount in terms of order dated 23.04.2025.
Perusal of the file shows that on the previous date of
hearing, the appellant no.2 had joined through VC; since the
connection was not proper, he was directed to be physically present
before the Court and was also warned to be careful. Despite that,
neither the appellant nor his Counsel has not appeared.
Vide order dated 23.04.2025, the appellant was admitted
to bail subject to deposit of 20% of the fine amount within two
months; after obtaining bail, the appellant has neither deposited the
fine amount nor has been appearing before the Court. Record reveals
that appellant remained absent on several dates.
In the interest of justice, one last opportunity is given to
the appellant to explain his conduct failing which the Court might be
constrained to revoke suspension of sentence and cancel the bail. Put
up on 10.07.2026 awaiting presence of the appellant and further
proceedings.
