I have perused the affidavit regarding admission/
denial of documents filed by the defendant. Perusal of affidavit
regarding admission/denial of documents reveals that defendant
has admitted demand notice dated 30.10.2025, postal receipts
dated 31.10.2025, Two tracking reports, legal notice dated
06.11.2025, two postal receipts dated 31.10.2025, Two tracking
reports, Legal notice reply dated 17.11.2025, Mediation
Application and Mediation Report. I have also perused the
affidavit regarding admission/denial of documents filed by the
plaintiff. Plaintiff has admitted Original/Final Quotation.
Admission/denial of documents conducted. Pleadings in this
case is complete. From the pleadings of the parties following
issues are framed:-
(i) Whether this court has jurisdiction to try and entertain the
present suit ? (OPP)
(ii) Whether the plaintiff is entitled for recovery of Rs. 3,49,240/-
from the defendant, as prayed ? (OPP)
(iii) Whether the plaintiff is entitled to the interest on the amount
of Rs. 3,49,240/-, if yes then at what rate and for what period ?
(OPP)
(iv) Relief.

No other issue arises or pressed for. Both the parties
are directed to file list of witnesses within 15 days from today
with advance copy to each other. Both the parties are directed to
file affidavit in evidence within 10 days from today with advance
copy to each other.
