File taken up today on an application seeking extension of time to deposit 20% of the fine amount in compliance of order dated 23.04.2025. Present: Sh. Akansha Tiwari, Ld. proxy Counsel for the appellant/applicant. It is submitted on behalf of appellant that an application was filed for seeking of extension of time to deposit 20% of the fine amount in compliance of order dated 23.04.2025 before the Ld. Trial Court. It is further submitted that due to financial constraints and unforseen circumstances appellant/applicant could not arrange the fund in given time resulting vacation of stay of the impugned order of this Court. It is prayed that application seeking extension of time to deposit 20% of the fine amount vide order dated 23.04.2025 be allowed. Heard. Perused. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, submissions and also considering that delay was not deliberate but due to aforesaid reasons, application is allowed. Appellant is directed to do the compliance of order dated 23.04.2025 within 60 days from today. Application is disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be sent to the Ld. Trial Court for necessary information. At request, a copy of this order be given dasti to the appellant/applicant/Ld. Counsel for the appellant.
