Present: Appellant is present in person.

Appellant states that he has enaged Ms. Pooja Goyal as her
advocate and she has filed on record vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant.
Advocate Sh. O.P. Gupta stands discharged.
Sh. Parvesh Ranga, Ld. Addl. PP for the State/ respondent.
Fresh appeal u/s 415 of the BNSS 2023(U/s 374 of the Cr.P.C.)
against the impugned judgment of conviction dated 10.01.2025 and orders on
the point of sentence dated 22.03.2025 passed by ld. JMFC-05, Central, Tis
Hazari Courts, Delhi arising out of criminal case bearing no. 287376/2016
whereby the appellant has been found guilty of the offence punishable u/s
279/338 of the IPC and vide orders dated 22.03.2025, for the offence u/s 279
of the IPC, the appellant has been sentenced to SI for a period of one month
and for the offence u/s 338 of the IPC, the appellant has been sentenced to SI
for a period of six months and the appellant has also been directed to pay
compensation of Rs. 50,000/- to the legal representatives of the injured/
victim within a period of thirty days from the date of the said orders and the
sentences have been directed to run concurrently has been preferred by the
appellant and the same has been received by way of assignment by this court.
It be checked and registered.
The appeal is accompanied by an application u/s 430 of the
BNSS for suspension of sentence.
Keeping in view the ground as contained in the present appeal,
the appeal is admitted and sentence of the appellant is suspended till the
pendency of the present appeal. The appellant is admitted to bail on

furnishing of personal bond and surety of the like amount in the sum of Rs.
20,000/-.
The bail bonds shall be furnished within a period of seven days
from today.
Ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that she would supplyt eh
copy fo the apeal to the ld. Addl. PP for the State/ respondent within a period
of seven days from today.
TCR be summoned by the Ahlmad at least two days prior to the
next date.
Now to come up for arguments in the present appeal on
29.07.2025.
A copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for the
appellant, as prayed for.
