An appliction has been filed on behalf of accused Piyush
seeking his release on personal bonds.
Heard.
Ld. counsel for the accused submitted that accused
Piyush is not having any financial support due to which he is not able
to arrange a surety. Ld. CPP for the State states that the accused can
misuse the liberty if released without surety.
Perusal of the file shows that accused Piyush was
admitted to bail vide order dated 10.09.2026 subject to furnishing
personal and surety bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/-. Even after expiry
of almost one month, the accused has not been able to furnish
requisite surety bonds. He is represented by a legal aid counsel which
further shows that he is a poor person.
Accordingly,
the order dated 10.09.2026 is modified to
the extent that accused Piyush be released on personal bonds. The
other terms and conditionss of the order remain unchanged.
Requisite bonds furnished. Accepted and attested.
Accused be released forthwith, if not required in any
other case.
