Anuj Chauhan, Ld. Counsel for JD (through VC). Ld. Counsel for JD states that JD is hospitalized and in this regard, he has given medical document of Narayana Health Hospital showing the date of admission on 17.08.2026. However, the dated of discharge is not mentioned therein. 2. It is further submitted by Ld. Counsel for JD that JD is still admitted in the Narayana Health Hospital and he will produce the discharge summary on the next date of hearing. He further submits that the said medical document was already issued only on 06.09.2026 as mentioned on the left side of the document. However, the same appears to be the print date. 3. Today, neither the medical document of the mother is produced nor the previous cost is paid. Case is adjourned subject to further cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the JD to the DH. JD is directed to appear in person alongwith all the medical documents. 4. Put up for examination of parties, if desired, and further arguments on the pending application on 22.09.2026 at 12.30 PM.
