Heard both the sides.
The present application is allowed. The FDR bearing no.
33150300037570 dated 23.08.2024 drawn on Bank of Baroda, Burari
branch, Delhi, for an amount of Rs. 1,10,000/- which was furnished by
the appellant in compliance of the order dated 23.04.2024 released to
the complainant/applicant.
Necessary endorsement be made on the FDR.
The order is subject to filing indemnity bond and with the
direction that if the appellant is acquitted, the complainant shall repay
to the appellant the amount so released, with interest at the bank rate
published by RBI, within 60 days from the date of such order.
Application stands disposed in above terms.
