Mangalmay Radhey International 07.3.2026 Present: Mr. Anuj Tyagi, Advocate for the decree holder. Mr. Sandeep Mandar, Advocate for the judgment debtors through Cisco Webex Meetings. It is submitted by counsel for the decree holder that an amount of Rs.50,000/- has been paid by the judgment debtors to the decree holder yesterday only through RTGS. It is further submitted by counsel for the decree holder that in compliance of the order dated 07.02.2026 passed by this court the amount of Rs.59,969/- has not been transferred by AU Small Finance Bank, Chandni Chowk Delhi branch in the account of the decree holder. The Manager AU Small Finance Bank, Chandni Chowk Delhi branch is directed to comply with the order dated 07.02.2026, copy of which has already been sent to him/ her, forthwith, and to send a report in this regard on or before the next date. Pursuant to the notice issued by this court Ms. Ritu Pal, Assistant Manager, from Central Bank of India, Sadar Bazar Branch, Delhi appears. She has produced a copy of statement of account pertaining to account No. 3761384625 maintained in the of Shri Balaji Trading Company. She is directed to file a proper report as to what is the status of said Shri Balaji Trading Company and who is its proprietor or Contd... -- 1 of 2 -- -2- partner through whom the said account is being operated. Such report may be filed before the next date of hearing. It is pointed out by counsel for the decree holder that although in her affidavit of assets and property judgment debtor No. 2 Anuradha Mangal has mentioned that she is maintaining a saving bank account with the Bank of Baroda, but she has not given any details of the account number and the branch where the said account is being maintained. Therefore, she may be called to give details of such account. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the decree holder judgment debtor No. 2 Anuradha Mangal is directed to appear in person to give details regarding the saving bank account maintained by her in Bank of Baroda on the next date.
