Present: Mr. Arvind Kumar, Advocate, proxy for counsel for the
decree holder.
Mr. Sandeep Mandar, Advocate for the judgment debtors
Nos. 1 to 3 along with judgment debtor No. 2 Ms. Anuradha
Mangal and judgment debtor No. 3 Krishan Mangal are in
person.
Despite service of notice Manager, Central Bank of India,
he/she has not appeared to apprise the court about the status of the
money lying in the attached account. In the interest of justice I am not
issuing coercive process against the Manager. Fresh notice be issued
against the Manager, Central Bank of India in terms of previous order
returnable on the next date.
Notice against the Oath Commissioner is received back as
unserved with the report that chamber number and phone number be
given. Fresh notice be issued to Ms. Madhuri, Oath Commissioner, Sl.
No. 39/2025, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to appear in person along with her
register of Oath Commissioner on the next date.
Reply to the application under section 151 CPC made on
behalf of the judgment debtor No. 3 for de-freezing of bank account is

not filed on behalf of the decree holder. Further time sought on behalf of
the decree holder for filing reply to the said application. In the interest of
justice time granted. Reply may be filed on the next date without fail.
The judgment debtor No. 2 is present in person. Her fresh
affidavit of assets and properties is filed. Copy of the affidavit is
supplied to proxy for counsel for the decree holder.
Put up for return of notices against the Manager, Central
Bank of India and the Oath Commissioner; and reply and consideration
on the application under section 151 CPC made on behalf of the
judgment debtor on 07.02.2026.
