Present: Mr. Anuj Tyagi, Advocate for the decree holder.
Mr. Amit Kumar, Advocate for the judgment debtors
Nos. 1 to 3 through Cisco Webex Meetings.
Affidavit of assets and properties is not filed by the
judgment debtor No. 2. Further time sought on behalf of the judgment
debtor No. 2 to file the affidavit of assets and properties. In the interest
of justice one more opportunity is given to the judgment debtor No. 2 to
file her affidavit of assets and properties. She is directed to present along
with the affidavit on the next date without fail.
It is submitted by counsel for the decree holder that the
warrant of attachment may be issued to attach the bank account of the
judgment debtor No. 3 in the name of Shri Balaji Trading Company
maintained with the Central Bank of India, Naya Bazar, Delhi branch to
recover the decretal amount.
As per the record of the case on earlier occasion a warrant
of attachment was issued to attach the money of the judgment debtors
lying with the Central Bank of India, Naya Bazar, Delhi, but the said
warrant received back unexecuted with report that the bank branch had
been shifted to Sadar Bazar, Delhi.

Since the judgment debtors have not made payment of the
entire amount under the decree, and the decree remains unsatisfied,
therefore, as desired by the decree holder, on filing PF etc. within five
days issue a warrant of attachment to attach the bank account of the
judgment debtor No. 3 in the name of Shri Balaji Trading Company,
bearing No. 3761384625 maintained with the Central bank of India,
Branch Sadar Bazar, Delhi to the extent of balance decreetal amount,
returnable on 06.12.2025.
