Steps not taken for issuance of notice and hence, notice not
issued.
On the last date i.e. 15-04-2024, account of the JD situated
in Central Bank of India was directed to be attached and address
of that branch was to be filed by DH which was filed quite late
and hence, notice of attachment could not be issued.
Now, the DH has filed the correct bank details of the
account of the JD. These are two bank accounts, first in Central
Bank of India, Branch Naya Bazar, Delhi and 2nd is Au Small
Finance Bank Ltd., Branch Chandni Chowk, Delhi.
Warrants of attachment be issued attaching the JD’s bank
account no. 3761384625 maintained in Central bank of India,
Branch Naya Bazar, Delhi and account no. 2402245556744158
maintained in AU Small Finance Bank Ltd., Branch Chandni
Chowk, Delhi to recover the decretal amount on filing of PF for
next date directing the respective Bank Managers to attach the
amount lying in abovesaid account to the extent of decretal
amount and no withdrawal of these attached amount shall be
permitted without permission of the court.
Issue fresh notice of the execution petition to the JD on
filing of PF & RC for next date, returnable on 20-07-2024,
directing the JD to file affidavit of its income and assets in
prescribed format.

Put up this matter on 20-07-2024 for awaiting report of the
Bank Managers and service of JD.
