It is further submitted by the judgment debtor No. 3 that current account No. 3761384625 maintained by the judgment debtor No. 3 in the name of Shri Balaji Trading Company with the Central Bank of India, Sadar Bazar Branch, Delhi may be released from attachment. In view of the statement made by the proprietor of the decree holder the present application for execution of the decree is disposed of as satisfied. All the pending applications, including the application for arrest of the judgment debtors are dismissed as infructuous. The current account No. 3761384625 of judgment debtor No. 3 Krishan Mangal maintained in the name of Shri Balaji Trading Company with the Central Bank of India, Sadar Bazar Branch, Delhi is ordered to be released from attachment.
