1. Perused the report given by the Civil Nazir.
2. Ld. Counsel for Decree Holder submits that Judgment
Debtor is residing and is having principal place of business
at Amgola Road, near Aghoria Bazar Chowk, Muzaffarpur,
Bihar – 842002 and accordingly, a request has been made
for transfer of present execution petition to the court of
competent jurisdiction at the aforesaid place.
3. Heard and perused the record.
4. In view of the submissions made, let the Transfer
Certificate be issued and addressed to Ld. Principal
District & Sessions Judge, Amgola Road, near Aghoria
Bazar Chowk, Muzaffarpur, Bihar – 842002 for execution
of the decree in question.

Dasti Transfer Certificate be given to the Ld. Counsel/
Decree Holder along with certified copy of judgment and
decree after keeping the copies of the same on record.
6. File be consigned to the Record Room, as per rules.
