Applicant Mohd. Afsar being SPA holder of the
owner Mohd. Khushi in person.
Sh. Talib Choudhary, Ld. Counsel for applicant

Ahlmad is directed to attach both the applications
together as both the applications are with regard to release of the
vehicle of owner Mohd. Khushi only and they should not be repeated.
On the oral request of the IO, warrant of attachment of
his salary stands cancelled.
On the objection of the IO regarding the identity of the
owner of the vehicle as the father’s name is not mentioned in the RC
and the address is different from the address of actual owner Mohd.
Khushi.
So, IO is directed to verify from the RTO and file the
proper report along with the photograph of the owner as well as
father’s name and address of the registered owner of vehicle on
the NDOH positively.
IO is bound down for the NDOH.
On request, copy of order be given dasti to IO as well as
Ld. Counsel for applicant.
Re-notify on 04.05.2024.
