It is submitted by counsel for the revisionist that in the present case, the revisionist has also filed the application u/s. 5 of Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the present revision petition, however, the present revision petition is well within the limitation and in view of the same, he may be permitted to withdraw the aforesaid application for condonation of delay. At the request of counsel for the revisionist, the aforesaid application of the revisionist is dismissed-as-withdrawn. Issue notice of the present revision petition to the respondent, on filing of PF, through speed post/ approved courier/ whatsapp/ e-mail, for the next date of hearing. Steps for service be taken within a week. Put up the matter for service of the respondent and reply/ arguments on 26/07/2023.
