In view of the report of the IO that the applicant/DH
is getting married on 23.04.2025, this Tribunal is of the view that
her entire award amount be released in favour of applicant/DH
Ms. Kajal Kumari.
Issue notice upon the concerned Bank Manager to
release the entire award amount of the applicant/DH Ms. Kajal
Kumari in her favour.
Application is, accordingly, disposed off.
File be consigned to Record Room after due
compliance.
Copy of this order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for
the applicant/DH.
