Anil Handa and ors. Naval Kishore
Present: Sh. Gaurav Dubey, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff through VC.
Defendant in person.
Matter is listed for cross-examination of PW-1.
PW-1 is present in the court.
An adjournment is being sought on behalf of the defendant stating that
he does not have the copy of the examination-in-chief which was recorded on

It is further submitted that the defendant is not well and accordingly
could not cross-examine PW-1.
Neither any medical documents have been placed on record and also
keeping in view the fact that the chief was recorded on 24.02.2024, the adjournment
sought today is clearly thus, on flimsy grounds.

It is made clear that in case the witnesses despite being present are not

defendant.
The defendant is directed to produce on record the medical documents
on the NDOH.
