Respondent no. 2 is yet to be served.
As per the report of the Ahlmad, PF was not filed by the
revisionist for service of the respondent no. 2 in terms of the orders
dated 07.11.2023.
However, ld. Counsel for the revisionist has placed on
record the affidavit of the revisionist stating therein that the process has
already been sent by the revisionist to the respondent no. 2 on the
whatsapp and email address of the respondent no. 2. However, process
was to be filed together with the email address and whatsapp address
and thereafter through the process of the court through the Nazarat
Branch of the court the process was to be issued but it has not been
done so by the revisionist.
ld. Counsel for the revisionist undertakes to comply with
the orders dated 07.11.2023 for the next date.
Arguments in the present revision petition shall also be
heard on the next date.
Now to come up on 14.03.2024.
