Steps for service of the respondent No.2 stated to be not
taken by the revisionists.
It is submitted by counsel for the revisionists that the
revisionists have filed appropriate application for condonation of
delay in respect of the present case before the Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi and delay in filing the present revision petition has been
condoned by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated
10/05/2023. It is further submitted that the aforesaid order has not
been uploaded on the website of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and
time be granted for filing the copy of the aforesaid order.
At request, put up the matter for consideration/ further
proceedings on 15/07/2023. Date of 15/07/2023 is given at specific
request and convenience of counsel for the revisionists.
TCR be sent back and same be called one day prior to
the next date of hearing.
Order be uploaded on the website of the Delhi District
Court.
