An application for condonation of delay in filing the
present revision petition already stated to be filed by the revisionist
alongwith the present revision petition.
Issue notice of the present revision petition and aforesaid
application for condonation of delay to the respondent No.2, on filing
of PF, through speed post/ approved courier/ whatsapp/ e-mail, for the
next date of hearing. Steps for service be taken within a week.
Copy of revision petition and application for
condonation of delay have been supplied to the Addl. PP for the State/
respondent No.1.
Put up the matter for service of respondent No.2 and
reply/ arguments on 20/05/2023. Date of 20/05/2023 is given at
specific request and convenience of counsel for the revisionist.
TCR be called one day prior to the next date of hearing.
