Present transfer petition has been filed under Section
24 CPC r/w Section 151 CPC seeking transfer / clubbing of case
bearing no.145/2024, titled ‘Pankaj Shukla vs Shesh Narayan
Shukla & Ors’ pending in the court of Sh.Chander Mohan, Ld.
District Judge-14, Central and case bearing no.852/2021, titled,
‘Shesh Narayan Shukla & Anr. vs Pankaj Shukla & Ors’
pending in the court of Sh.Neeraj Sharma, Ld. District Judge-04,
Central to one and same court on the ground that parties in both
the suits are same and pertains to same property.
Ld. Counsel for respondent submits that he has no
objection if both the suits are to be tried by one and same court.
Heard. Considering the application, for the sake of
judicial convenience and in order to avoid conflicting judgments
as well as no objection of respondent, it is appropriate if both the
suits are to be tried by one and same court.

Accordingly, suit bearing no. 145/2024, titled ‘
Pankaj Shukla vs Shesh Narayan Shukla & Ors’ is withdrawn
from the court of Sh.Chander Mohan, Ld. District Judge-14,
Central and is transferred to the court of Sh.Neeraj Sharma, Ld.
District Judge-04, Central for adjudication and disposal as per
law.
Parties to appear before the court of Sh.Neeraj
Sharma, Ld. District Judge-04, Central on 06.04.2026.
Copy of order be sent to both the courts.
Ahlmad of Transferor court is directed to send the
file to Transferee court immediately.
Transfer application is accordingly disposed of and
be consigned to the record room.
