However, a perusal of impugned electricity bill transpires
that said bill generated against theft of electricity.
However, the said facts has not been mentioned in the entire
plaint. The court has put a query to the Ld counsel for plaintiff that why
the said fact has not been mentioned in the entire plaint to which he seeks
adjournment to consult his client in this respect.
Accordingly, put up the matter for further arguments on the
point of admissions, now on 16.04.2025.
