4. Present case was called thrice but nobody on behalf of the
defendant appeared. It appears that the defendant is not
interested in contesting the present suit as none was
present on behalf of the defendant on the previous date of
hearing also. Accordingly, the defendant is proceeded
exparte.
5. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff is seeking short adjournment
stating that inadvertently the witness is not carrying the
original board resolution today.
6. As noted herein above, the defendant has been proceeded
exparte; Schedule of Second Case Management Hearing
was fixed on 30.05.2026; as per the said Schedule, the date
of recording of evidence of the defendant was 20.07.2026.
Now file be taken up for recording of the exparte
plaintiff’s evidence on 20.07.2026.
7. The rest of the schedule of Second Case Management
Hearing would remain the same.
