Present: Mr. Yogender Gautam, Advocate for the decree holder.
None for the judgment debtor.
Notice of the application for execution of the decree issued
against the judgment debtor received back as served through one
Mahender, although in the report it has been stated that the person who
received the notice declared his name as Ravi Shankar on 28.4.2025.
Despite several calls neither the director of the judgment
debtor nor any AR or counsel has appeared. One person, namely,
Mahender, claiming to be employee of the judgment debtor appears. It is
submitted by him that the notice was received by him. He has not
produced any document to show that he is authorized by the judgment
debtor to appear before this court.
In the interest of justice I am not passing any adverse order
against the judgment debtor due to absence of its Director, AR or
counsel.
Ravi Shankar Mishra, Director of the judgment debtor is
directed to appear in person on the next date along with affidavit of
assets of the judgment debtor.
