alongwith petitioner in person.
Heard. Case file is perused.
Vide present revision petition, the petitioner has
assailed the order dated 27.01.2023 passed by Ms. Bhujali Ld.
MM, Central, Delhi in criminal complaint case No. 323/2019
titled as “Lalit Kumar Jain Vs. Naveen Chandra Pandey”
whereby he has been directed to pay 20% of the cheque amount
to the respondent u/s 143 A NI Act within 60 days.
During arguments, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner
submits that he does not have any objection to comply the said
order provided he may be given three months time to make the
payment in that regard. Statement of petitioner is recorded to that
effect.
In view of the said submissions and in the facts and
circumstances, I deem it appropriate that the present revision
petition be disposed off with a direction that the impugned order
be read to have been modified to the extent that the said amount
shall be paid by the petitioner to the respondent within three
months from today.
Revision file be consigned to the record room.
