Santosh Kumar Jha, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff. Since matter was fixed for order on the point of territorial jurisdiction. On the last date of hearing, to prove the fact that this court has territorial jurisdiction to try and decide the present suit, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff had filed three documents i.e. one statement pertaining to Kotak Mahindra Bank and two statements pertaining to HDFC Bank. I have perused the aforesaid documents. A perusal of these documents shows that the bank account of the plaintiff is situated at Nai Sarak, Delhi which falls within the jurisdiction of the court. As per statement of HDFC Bank, the defendant had made payment of amount of Rs.5,000/- to the plaintiff through UPI on 17.11.2025. Therefore, this court is of the opinion that this court has territorial jurisdiction to try and decide the present suit. Section 12A of the Commercial Courts Act has been -- 1 of 2 -- complied with. Issue summons for settlement of issues to the defendant on PF, speed post and other modes, for next date of hearing. Matter adjourned. Matter be listed for further proceedings on 25.05.2026.
