As per the endorsement made by Ahlmad on the
previous ordersheet, LRs could not be served.
At request, issue fresh notice to LRs mentioned at
para no. 2 in the application filed under Order 22 Rule 4 R/w
Section 151 CPC for impleadment of LRs of deceased Mr.
Rakesh on filing of PF, RC by Plaintiff. Steps to be taken within
7 days from today.
Plaintiff/associate/counsel is at liberty to accompany
the Process Server for service upon LRs.
Process Server is directed to take three attempts for
service of summons upon Defendant and in case of deliberate
refusal, same be served by way of affixation. Process Server is
directed to place on record photographs of affixation on the next
date of hearing.
