Order Details: COPY OF JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS Pdf Text: SC No. : 171/2025 FIR No. : 10/2024 State v. Mayank Nayyar PS : Crime Branch u/s : 20/23/29 NDPS Act 30.05.2025 Present: Sh. Alok Saxena, Ld. CPP for State. Sh. Akshay Bhandari, Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused Mayank Nayyar. IO ASI Mahesh Kumar in person. This order of mine shall dispose off the interim bail application of applicant / accused Mayank Nayyar. Arguments on the interim bail application heard and the application and IO report and the case file perused. Considering the contention of applicant/accused that he be granted interim bail for a period of six weeks i.e. from 03.06.2025 till 18.07.2025 on the ground that his wife is in a family way and due date is 2nd July, 2025. But, this contention has been rightly rebutted by Ld. CPP for the State on the ground that as per IO report, wife of applicant/accused is residing on the 2nd Floor of the same house while her mother-in-law and sister- in-law are staying on the first floor and the said two ladies are available to lookafter and take care of the wife of the applicant/accused Mayank Nayyar. Also, keeping in view the fact that due date of wife of applicant/accused Mayank Nayyar is 2nd July, 2025 and more than one month is still left and so, it is a very initial stage for seeking interim bail. So, I do not find any urgent ground for grant of interim bail to the applicant / accused Mayank Nayyar. -- 1 of 2 -- -2- Hence, the present interim bail application of applicant / accused Mayank Nayyar is hereby dismissed. Application is disposed off accordingly. This order of mine shall not effect the merits of the case. Copy of the order be given dasti to Ld. Counsel for applicant / accused.
