Sh. Yogender Tripathi, Ld. counsel for the defendant
no.2 and 3.
At this stage, Ld Counsel for the defendant no.1 seeks
some time to file additional WS qua the documents which were
taken on record on the last date of hearing. Ld. Counsel submits
that he has already applied for the certified copy of the entire
pleadings but the same has not yet been received.
In view of the submissions, defendant no.1 is granted
last & final opportunity. Let the additional WS, if any, be filed
on or before next date of hearing with advance copy to the
opposite party.
At this stage, Ld Counsel for defendant no.2 & 3 upon
instructions submits that the said defendants do not intend to file
any additional WS qua the said documents.
At this stage, Ld. counsel for the appearing parties
jointly submit that there are element of settlement in the matter
and the matter may be referred to mediation for exploring the
possibility of settlement. In view of submissions, matter is

referred to Mediation Cell, Central District, Delhi on 28.02.2026
at 2.30 pm.
Put up the matter before this Court on 05.05.2026.
