alongwith plaintiff in person.
None for defendant no.1.
Sh. Yogender Tripathi, Ld. counsel for the defendant
no.2 and 3.
At this stage, a vakalatnama on behalf of the defendant
no.2 & 3 alongwith two separate affidavits on behalf of the said
defendants are filed. The same are taken on record. Copies of the
same are supplied to Ld. Counsel for plaintiff. The said affidavits are
also accompanied with identity proof of Ms. Sudha in the form of
copy of Aadhaar Card.
At this stage, replication is filed on behalf of the
plaintiff qua the written statement of defendant no.1 alongwith list of
witnesses and documents as per list of documents. Same are stated to
have been filed electronically also and corresponding e-filing number
is also mentioned on the front page/CIF. Reader is directed to verify
the same. Subject to verification, same be taken on record. Copies of
the same are stated to have been filed to Ld. counsel for the defendant
no.1. However none is in attendance on behalf of defendant no.1 to
verify the said fact.
At this stage, it is noted that alongwith the replication,
the plaintiff has filed certain additional documents. At this stage, it is

prayed by Ld. Counsel for plaintiff that the said documents are
relevant for the adjudication of the present suit and requests that same
may be taken on record as the matter is at the initial stage of
pleadings. The said documents are taken on record. Defendants are at
liberty to file additional written statement, if any, in the light of
additional documents which have been taken on record today. with
advance copy of the same to the opposite party.
Now to come up for further proceedings on 24.02.2026.
