Today the matter is listed for filing affidavit of
admission/denial of documents and framing of issues.
At this stage, proposed issues on behalf of the plaintiff
filed. Same is stated to have been filed electronically also on
13.07.2026 and corresponding e-filing number or the copy of the e-
filing receipt be provided to the Reader and the Reader is directed to
verify the same and to make endorsement of such filing. Subject to
such e-filing and verification, same be taken on record. Copy
supplied.
Whereas, Ld. counsel for the defendant no.1 seeks a
short adjournment qua filing of affidavit of admission/denial of
documents citing the reason that he could not prepare affidavit of
admission/denial of documents due to some personal exigency.
Heard.
In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is granted
to the Ld. counsel for the defendant no.1. Let the same be filed on or
before NDOH with advance copy of the same to the opposite party.
Let proposed issues, if any be also filed.

Put up for completion of pleadings, affidavit of
admission/denial of documents and framing of issues on 07.08.2026.
Let affidavit with respect to admission/denial of documents as well
as proposed issues, if any, be filed with advance copy to the opposite
party atleast a week prior to next date of hearing. Parties are directed
to bring originals of the documents which they have relied upon in
support of their claim or defence and have filed alongwith pleadings.
