Present: Appellant in person with Counsel Sh. Abhishek
Aggarwal.
Ld. Counsel for appellant has placed on record the
copy of receipt showing deposit of fine of Rs.1,50,000/- before
the Ld. MM Court as per receipt dated 14.05.2024. However, as
per order dated 16.03.2024, further time limit extended by
30.03.2024, only five working days were given to the appellant
for deposit of fine amount before Ld. Trial Court. But, the
appellant has not complied with the court order for the reasons
best known to him.
Ld. Counsel for appellant has contended that as the
Court of concerned Ld. MM has taken demand draft in place of
deposit of fine as per order of this Court and so, as per the
directions of this court, sometime was spent in withdrawing the
demand draft deposited before Ld. MM and then, in deposit of
fine by way of receipt before Ld. MM.
Heard.
Copy of today’s order be sent to the Court of
concerned Ld.MM with a direction that the orders of the
Appellate Court should be complied in letter and spirit by the
Court of Ld. MM.
In view of the aforesaid contention of Ld. Counsel
for appellant, delay is hereby condoned.

Requisite bail bonds furnished by the accused are
accepted and attested. Accused be released at once till the
pendency of the appeal.
Issue notice to respondent on filing of PF / RC for
the NDOH.
TCR be summoned for the NDOH.
Impugned judgment and order on sentence is stayed
till the disposal of the present appeal.
Re-notify on 19.10.2024.
