Matter is fixed for reply/ arguments on the
miscellaneous applications as well as for report of filing of
replication, affidavit of admission/ denial of documents,
admission/ denial of documents, framing of issues and case
management hearing.
Hard copy of replication to the written statement
alongwith supporting affidavit, reply to the applications u/o VIII
Rule 1 r/w/s 151 of CPC, u/o VII Rule 10 r/w/s 151 of CPC, u/o I
Rule 10 r/w/s 151 of CPC and u/s 151 of CPC and affidavit of
admission/ denial of documents have been filed on behalf of the
plaintiff (e-filed on 01.06.2026). Advance copy is stated to have
already been supplied.
No affidavit of admission/ denial of documents has
been filed alongwith the WS. The affidavit of admission/ denial
of documents filed on behalf of the plaintiff is not as per
Commercial Courts Act. Both the parties seek some time to take
appropriate remedial steps.
As prayed, be put up for arguments on the
miscellaneous applications u/o VIII Rule 1 r/w/s 151 of CPC, u/o
VII Rule 10 r/w/s 151 of CPC, u/o I Rule 10 r/w/s 151 of CPC
and u/s 151 of CPC as well as for admission/ denial of
documents, framing of issues and case management hearing on
10.07.2026.

Parties/ AR shall remain present for admission/
denial of documents. The proof of advance copy of the pleadings
