Rule 1 r/w Section 151 of CPC, application U/o VII Rule 10 r/w
Section 151 of CPC, application U/o I Rule 10 r/w Section 151 of
CPC and application U/s 151 of CPC seeking initiation of
proceedings U/s 228 and 229 of BNS have been filed (e-filed on
08.05.2026). Advance copy is stated to have been sent through
whatsapp as well email with the submission that email has
bounced back and therefore, the copy was sent through whatsapp
again. Hard copy is also supplied today.
Some time is sought to file replication and reply to
the applications.

Let the plaintiff to file replication to the W.S. and
reply to the applications as well as affidavit of admission/denial
of documents on or before the next date of hearing with supply of
advance copy thereof at least seven days before the next date of
hearing.
